I bought the car june of 2012. I crossed over to the dark side from the import world.

Owned imports my whole life. From talons to supras to hondas I had em all. loved everyone of them. Biggest thing I noticed was no matter how much I modded my import car, it was no faster than a stock coyote. So I felt it was time for an upgrade.

I looked at countless pictures of 2011 and up mustangs online, test drove them, fell in love with the body style and the power. We sold the import car and the same day headed to Ford. There they had a 2013 GHIG 5.0 in the showroom.

At first glance I felt like it was too fast and furious green for me, but my Fiance just loved the color. So how could I say no to her. We crunched the numbers and drove off the lot in style feeling like the kid that just bought his first sports car. What a feeling.

I then met some cool people in the mustang community and learned more about this car. I found its weak links and addressed them all. Then it was on to add some power.

So slowly but surely parts were being swapped out to better power adders. I have the car build right where I want it to be. Not too much, not too little, its just right. It always makes my heart beat faster and my lungs skip a breath when I put the pedal to the floor.

It makes 447whp and 399tq. Its enough power to keep the balance of wheelspin and grip on the edge. It pulls very consistent without any hiccups thanks to Dan at ProDyno. He did an amazing job. The car turns a lot of heads from the color and the exotic like sound. I'm always getting a thumbs up no matter where I go.

Its the greatest feeling to drive such an awesome iconic pony car that the general public can see, love, appreciate, and give tons of compliments on.

I often get approached at gas stations, stores, parking lots about the beauty of the car. It is a great conversation starter.

You just cant grow to love mustangs, you just either love em or hate em.
But once you own one, its mustang for life.
